  Comfortable stay, better communication needed

Liked: The room was comfortable and very clean, including the bed sheets. The hotel also offers nearby parking and provides a remote control for easy access, which was very convenient.

Disliked: The main issue during my stay was the check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a €50 cash deposit as a guarantee. This requirement had not been communicated in advance, so I had to leave the hotel and find an ATM to withdraw cash. After a long journey and waiting until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, I found this inconvenient. Additionally, the request was made in a manner that I felt was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I believe guests should be informed beforehand if a cash deposit is required.
