  Liked: Spacious

Disliked: I stayed in two different apartments because there was no availability for the entire week, so I had to move to another property. The first apartment was perfectly fine overall. It was clean, had a balcony, and although there were a few minor things that I did not consider worth mentioning, my experience was generally positive. However, I did contact the property regarding my delayed luggage. The airline was going to deliver my bags to the apartment address, but I was due to check out at 12:00 that day and would be away from the property. I therefore asked whether there was an office, reception, or any other place where someone could receive the luggage on my behalf and keep it safely until I could collect it later. Unfortunately, there was no such option. This is something worth keeping in mind when staying here, particularly if you have any issue requiring access to the property after check-out. Once your access code expires, there is no reception or alternative facility where you can leave or collect your belongings, which can be very inconvenient in situations such as delayed luggage. Unfortunately, the second apartment was a completely different experience and a major disappointment. The condition of the apartment was simply not acceptable. The photos speak for themselves: the apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. The toilet was dirty, the bed sheets had visible stains, the bathroom door was broken, and there were several other issues that should have been taken care of before the apartment was given to a guest. I understand that minor imperfections can happen, but basic cleanliness and proper maintenance are not minor details. These are fundamental standards that any accommodation should meet, especially considering the price paid. Overall, my experience was mixed, but the condition of the second apartment significantly affected my stay.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the SALTO KS system with contactless access is very convenient and works smoothly. The apartments are clean, spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Everything is well thought out for a pleasant stay. We would be happy to stay here again.

Liked: Fantastic! Nice room with everithing needed for a longer stay, quiet hotel and the location is excellent with a tramstop basically behind the building and the tram takes you directly to the heart of Düsseldorf. There are shops like netto within a 5 minute walk. Definitelly would recommend
