Disliked: My pillow was smelly (like very old and unwashed), luckily I had a second one which was ok.

  A Pleasant stay

Liked: Great price, good quality of room with airconditioning and temperature control. The Asian lady staff was very hospitable. She let us in one hour before check in time and let us leave our luggage with her after check out. We will definitely be back again.

Fab stay in a central location

Liked: Super convenient location next to transit or a short walk to the old town and Bahnhof. Room was well designed and the bed very comfortable. Just a great stay altogether!

I really enjoyed my stay and 'd be happy to choose this hotel chain again when visiting other cities

Liked: Everything was great! The hotel was clean, tidy, and felt fresh and modern. The breakfast was good as well. The only thing we missed was boiled eggs, as there weren’t any left when we arrived around 8:40. But this was probably due to the large number of guests staying at the hotel for the BSB concert. I wouldn’t really count this as a negative, though, since there was still plenty of other food to choose from.

Disliked: I honestly have nothing negative to say. If anything, it might be helpful to have an extra person at the front desk during particularly busy periods, but that’s really just a small detail.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel

Liked: Good location, big room, nice lobby.

Disliked: Having to enter the code for entry was the single annoying thing. I prefer card or key.
