  Liked: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me with all my problems. Excellent service – 10/10! There is no breakfast option (as I recall), but in the morning you get a free coffee/tea and a croissant.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the bathroom was the biggest downside. Instead of a proper door, it has a sliding door that feels more like a curtain in terms of privacy and sound insulation. It cannot really be closed or locked properly, and sometimes even slides open by itself. This can be particularly awkward for couples who are still getting to know each other! That is why I end up overall only with a 6/10. Overall, the staff were fantastic, but the bathroom design definitely needs improvement.

  Liked: We were able to check-in early in the morning - this made a huge difference for us, especially during the busiest 2 weeks concert time in the city! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming throughout our whole stay. The complimentary croissants and coffee in the morning were a lovely touch.

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at B-Hotel!! Communication before my arrival was excellent. I had asked whether I could stay and work in the common area after check out because of a late train, and whether an earlier arrival might be possible. In both cases, the hotel was immediately welcoming and helpful. Getting there was very easy thanks to excellent public transport nearby, and from the moment I arrived (and throughout the whole stay) the welcome and attitude was warm, personal and genuinely friendly. My single room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very thoughtfully designed. It was compact but never felt cramped, with a comfortable bed, a pleasant bathroom and shower, and everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Overall, it felt modern, cosy and extremely well maintained. Breakfast is fairly simple, but for me it was absolutely enough, especially as I usually only have coffee in the morning. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. I also liked that the room door locks with an actual key rather than only a key card. For a three star hotel, this place exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Without a doubt, the best three star hotel I have ever stayed in, and one I would very happily return to.

  Disliked: The only thing I personally missed was a safe in the room, as I ended up carrying my passport with me whenever I went out. Still, this is a very minor point. That said, I am not sure a room safe is something one should necessarily expect from a three star hotel.

  place feels like home in düsseldorf

  Liked: checkin was very easy. comfortable establishment. chill place best part of düsseldorf since its not crowded at peak hours. easy to walk anywhere.

  Disliked: parking instructions would be much clear. I will definitely visit again nothing to complain.
