  The Carloft was the cherry on top!

  Liked: The location was perfect! In 10 or 15min you can be in the centrum of the city. Also e great portuguese restaurant near by the hotel! The Carloft was defintely the cherry on top!

  Disliked: The shower cabin was not to my liking because it was too open. Water splashed everywhere, and it also made you feel cold because the shower wasn't fully enclosed.

  Dusty rooms, very cold as lots of ACs are broken. Mediocre breakfast and a stay I couldn’t wait to complete

  Disliked: AC not working and having to move to a new room middle of my stay and middle of the night. Staff didn’t even offer help, just gave the new key. No apology either. Terrible experience. Apparently a lot of people have issues with AC but staff act like they don’t know about it. The pillow and blankets are wrapped in celluloid thin see-through film, which feels so cheap and unhygenic, let alone nice. The pillows are really low quality and old. The room felt dusty and dirty. Big stains on the curtains that looked like chocolate or blood. No bottle opener to open the water bottle that was in the room. Also, no shampoo. Basically a cheap stay for a lot of money, I couldn’t wait to check out.

  I would only come again,if i wouldn’t have other option

  Liked: The customer service on the 6th floor was exceptional,the whole staff working there were so nice and welcoming, especially the cook and the receptionist Mona.

  Disliked: Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was far below the standards one would expect, especially considering the price charged. The overall condition of the room was poor, with a noticeable lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic comfort. Everything felt outdated and poorly maintained, making the stay unpleasant rather than relaxing. For the amount of money guests are expected to pay, the hotel should provide a much higher standard of accommodation. The room simply did not reflect the quality or comfort advertised. The room also didn’t have an iron and ironing board and also phone was not there in case you need to call the reception.Additionally to that,the reception desk stuff were very unpleasant and once you inquire something they roll their eyes,which was the case when we ask for an iron. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not good value for money. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly think twice before staying here again.
