Lovely place in the old city centre!

Liked: All perfect! Room was just as expected, and very very clean! The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh with a good variety. I had no problems with noise from any neighbours nor from the street (on a Monday night). I really enjoyed my stay here and I felt safe and comfortable! Highly recommend.

  Was happy with Alstadt Barcelona

Liked: I will be honest. I picked it because its name is Barcelona, but I was really impressed with it. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was exactly what I needed, with a good enough view, placed in beautiful location, the old town. Breakfast was delicious. Clean and budget friendlyI was overall happy with it. I was there for the Backstreet Boys residency, one of the happiest weekends of my life.

Disliked: The pillows, those definitely need replacing, but I improvised so it was ok. Maybe some people love them soft.

Quaint little hotel with only a 10 minute walk to JapanTag!

Liked: Really good breakfast and decent variety of drinks to go with it. Location was perfect for what I was visiting and restaurants and sightseeing locations were right next door. Regular cleaning instead of the usual "save water" nonsense hotels pull.

Disliked: This was rather small and cramped and definitely not designed for people over 180cm. The room I was assigned to also desperately needed repairs as everything was almost falling apart by itself. The shower was also unable to hold a constant temperature. No space to put anything in the bathroom, even though there is room for shelves above and below the washbasin.
