Disappointing follow-up and poor communication about a forgotten charger

Disliked: I left my charger at BLK Hostel after my stay on 16–17 October 2026 and repeatedly contacted the property over the following week to ask for help. The follow-up was disappointing: after repeated emails, I was eventually told that the charger had not been found, and I felt that my concern had not been handled with sufficient care or attention. I understand that a forgotten item cannot always be recovered, but I expected clearer communication and a more helpful response; this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in the hostel's customer service.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money — more like a hotel than a hostel

Liked: A really nice hostel that feels more like a hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The toilet is shared and located on the same floor, but it is very close and for one person at a time, so it was quite comfortable to use. There is also parking just across the street, which is free from 10 PM to 9 AM. Everything was clean and tidy.

Disliked: Nothing in particular. The shared toilet might not be for everyone, but for me it was absolutely fine.
