A wonderful family stay in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel. Highly recommended!

Liked: A lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Everything was clean, warm, and comfortable. A great place with a safe and welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it!

Disliked: Just a small note: the elevator is quite narrow. It didn’t bother us at all – we actually found it quite interesting! However, it might be a little inconvenient for some guests, especially those who need more space.

super nice staff and comfortable room

Liked: Location is amazing. You can walk all around the city and everything is close. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was complete with many options to choose from.

Disliked: This is completely personal but the lack of privacy of the shower in the room would be uncomfortable for me if I shared the room (this was not the case)

  Everything was perfect

Liked: I liked the attitudes of staff, they were really attentive. Besides, I liked: the room size - it was more than enough for two people; the location - the hotel is near the center and brand's stores, and it is also close to the airport (you need only approximately 23 minutes to get to the airport); the breakfast; cleaness - the room was clean.

Disliked: The toilet didn't have any ventilation.

A good base near centre of Dusseldorf

Liked: Good choice for breakfast; other reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The elderly man who was on night duty at Reception - I explained my request as best as I could although German is not my first language, had to repeat myself twice then he replied 'we don't have this'. Had to leave at 0415, the taxi was slightly late and I said to him you may have to call the taxi company again, no reaction and not even goodbye when my taxi arrived. The decor on first floor was dark and gloomy and my room was gloomy.
