In general the staffs, property and location are really well

Liked: Near main station and many japanese restaurants and the staffs are mostly really friendly and helpful

Disliked: We stayed in an executive suite with promised a “high-speed” internet connection, but unfortunately all open internet wifi offered by the hotel don’t reach our first room. One receptionist guy was not helpful and just said to try another one. He “confidently” said it has to be worked without listening to my question of an alternative solution in case it doesn’t work which was the case. Thankfully the others receptionist was really helpful and offering other solution.

Liked: I had an upgrade to a business room, which was fantastic. 10 minutes walking from the train station.

Disliked: Needs a refresh. Standard breakfast. A very big and unpersonal hotel.
