Liked: River view is very nice, Quiet and relaxed

Disliked: Windows are dirty, we chose the river view for the views but the hotel windows has not cleaned for a long time it seems. That's a pity when the view to the river is so nice.

  Good places to stay

Liked: The hotel is located in Neuss, near a shopping centre and a lovely riverside park right opposite the hotel. Parking is easy. If you prefer to stay outside central Düsseldorf, it’s a great option. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and bright.

Disliked: It’s best to have a car, as the train station isn’t particularly close.

Liked: Wonderful staff, really helpful and pleasant. Spacious room with a nice view.

Disliked: Absolutely no sound insulation. I had the room with a door inside to the other room and could hear absolutely everything from another room. Also from the main corridor. Really really noisy.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Düsseldorf! Ahead of our arrival, we increased the number of guests in our booking, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They acted quickly and immediately set up an extra bed in our room without any hassle. The hotel was completely full due to the Backstreet Boys concert in town, but the staff handled the rush impressively well. They were extremely active, professional, and attentive—especially the team at reception and housekeeping. Everything else was great as well: the breakfast was good, the location was very convenient, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!
