  Bed bugs

Disliked: We had an issue with bed bugs, we were moved to new rooms but overall the situation was poorly handled by the hotel management with extremely poor communication. Not a comfortable stay and wouldn't trust or recommend this hotel.

Low price/performance other than easy access to station

  Liked: Staff was friendly

Disliked: First of although i booked it prior to 10 days the prices were nearly %20 down for last minute booking which disappointed me. The room was very small and they even didnt bother to put a kettle in the room. The shower was clogged. The breakfast was ok with not much to expect. I would say this would be an expensive choice for performance for the price offered. The only good part was staff was friendly.

Leaves a lot to be desired

Disliked: In taking the rather complicated route of up two stair cases to get to the elevator to get to my room one of the rather steep staircases did not have a security hand rail making it rather dangerous. In my bedroom the curtains were not adequate when closed there was a lot a lot light coming in during the night making sleeping rather difficult
