Cancelled my booking the day before 15 guests due to arrive!

Liked: Was due to stay here for the weekend from 22nd to 24th April for my stag do. Due to arrive on Friday 22nd, a representative of the hotel called me at 17:00 on Thursday 21st and informed me that due to ‘extensive water damage’ we could not be accommodated and they had to cancel our booking. Now, I understand if this was the case then guest safety comes first but to only know about this the day before you have 15 people arriving beggars belief. I have given a 2 instead of 1 purely because whoever spoke to me recommended a different hotel which we managed to get and worked out about €10 a head more each so not the end of the world. Had it not been for that hotel mind, my whole stag do would have been ruined.

Liked: Одно полуторное одеяло на две кровати испортило впечатление от пребывания. Пришлось спать без одеяла, а ночью отопление выключают. На рецепции не помогли.
