Liked: Our stay at HENRI Düsseldorf was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations! The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we immediately felt at home. Everything was perfect, and we truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A big thank you to the entire team – the reception staff, the lovely ladies serving breakfast, and the housekeeping team. Your kindness, friendliness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We would love to come back and stay at HENRI Düsseldorf again on our next visit to the city. And if possible, we would be delighted to have the same room again, or at least a room on the same floor. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to seeing you again!:)

Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and varied. Room was clean and generally well equipt. It was very good value for money.

Disliked: Minor grumble, I found the room lighting was not very bright, it seems to be a "thing" with many hotels. It is perhaps about bulb/efficiency energy saving, this is fine perhaps for a leisure stay, but is difficult if you are trying to work in the room in the evening.

A very disappointing honeymoon stay — overpriced, noisy, and completely lacking attention to our clearly communicated re

Disliked: Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. First, the hotel was advertised as having parking facilities. However, upon arrival, we were told that there was no parking available at the hotel and that we had to park at a neighboring hotel for an additional €25 per day. More importantly, we had specifically booked an upgraded room for our honeymoon. We clearly requested one large double bed in our reservation and even contacted the hotel in advance to explain that this was a special occasion for us. Despite this, we were given a room with two single beds pushed together, which was very disappointing. To make matters worse, our room faced a busy street and was extremely noisy at night. The air conditioning was also very loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel in this price range, we expected much better room quality, comfort, and attention to guests’ requests. Unfortunately, the entire experience fell far below our expectations and took away from what was supposed to be a special and memorable trip.
