  Liked: Late check-in is possible, even after 10 PM, which is very convenient for guests arriving late in the evening.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Although I booked a premium room, the conditions were far below what I would expect. The biggest problem was the temperature in the room. It was extremely cold, even with the heating turned up to the maximum. This may have been because the room was on the third floor, at the end of the building, and there was no heating in the hallways. I reported the problem and asked for another room, a portable heater, or at least an extra blanket. The only thing they promised was an extra blanket, but unfortunately, they didn't manage to deliver it even after an entire day. In the end, I had no choice but to find another hotel. The condition of the premium room was also disappointing. The toilet seat had a damaged, peeling surface, the carpet was dirty and stained, and the only bedding provided was what you can see in the photo. Seriously, how much could it cost to replace a toilet seat? I would expect much better maintenance in a premium room. Breakfast was equally disappointing. There was very little choice, the quality of the food was poor, and coffee was served from a thermos flask. Overall, neither the room condition, comfort, breakfast, nor the way my complaint was handled met the standards I would expect from a premium room. What disappointed me most was that the hotel couldn't even provide an extra blanket to help with such a basic problem as a freezing cold room. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

  I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

  Liked: There's a supermarket just a few minutes from the hotel, which is the most convenient thing.

  Disliked: 1、It's hard to see anyone at the reception. I called the front desk but no one answered, and no one called back afterward either. 2、On the first day, the water flow in the bathroom was very slow. If I hadn't happened to catch the maintenance person working on the whole floor the next morning, I really don't know how long it would have taken for the water to drain. 3、This is the first time I've seen a room without even a machine to boil water.
