Fabulous
Comfortable option for business travel (by car)
Liked: Comfortable rooms in a very large hotel (I.e. elevator capacity), very good buffet breakfast, parking around easy. I keep coming back for Düsseldorf area events (that I attend by car).
Disliked: In an office area with no tourist infrastructure
Liked: Rooms and food were very nice
Disliked: Some bugs around the restaurant area
Liked: Large and clean room
Disliked: Price
Disliked: The stafmanager behind the desk was extremely rude, not just to some customers (looked like a soccer team, who were calmly explaining a situation) but especially to his own colleagues. He shouted at them, and one of the staff members was almost crying. Very unprofessional.
It was a comfortable stay, the staff was extremely helpful and readily available no matter the time. The neighbourhood f
Liked: The property is safe, and located at a safe location. You can get public transportation nearby, with a walk of 450-700 meters.
Disliked: I would love to see more food options in the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet. The bathroom was a bit small too - but clean and manageable.
Liked: The room was expensive, 160 Euro, + 20 Euro for breakfast, for a non-prime location place with average room size its a lot.
