  Liked: Nice people at the reception, room are quite nice, comfortable and clean

  Disliked: The parking situation is a nightmare. Early in the morning, a strong cooking smell came into the room. I cannot tell if it came through the ventilation system or the corridor. That made it impossible to sleep anymore.

  Liked: The staff and the general attitude and non-intrusive friendliness of the management are amazing. Very clean, no dust where most people wouldn't look. Nice breakfast. Sauna included. Decent Internet. The windows open so you can air the room. That doesn't mean you can smoke, please don't do that.

  Disliked: No air-conditioning. The toilet in my room was so close to the wall that using it was very weird and uncomfortable. Noisy location if the window is open.

  Clean room and good breakfast

  Liked: The room was very clean. The breakfast was nice, I have particularly appreciated the scrumbled eggs and the bacon.

  A small but modern and comfortable hotel room with everything I needed for a one-night stay

  Liked: The room was quite small but had everything I needed. It was relatively modern and perfectly suitable for a one-night stay for one person. I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf. The location was very convenient, and it was easy to get to the arena and back after the concert.

  Disliked: A larger room would have been more comfortable if I had planned to spend more time there, but since I mainly used it for sleeping, the size wasn't really an issue. The room description on Booking.com was a bit misleading, as it seemed to suggest that the room had a private sauna. However, I already knew this wasn't the case and that the sauna was a shared facility within the hotel.

  It is convenient placed, but the cleanliness leaves a lot of room for improvement

  Liked: The view of the big Apartment in the Rooftop was great, it was spacious and the design was nice. The Location was also good and you could easily get into the city. The staff was very nice.

  Disliked: Except for the Bathroom the rest of the apartment was not well cleaned, there was a lot of dust collected at various places making it feel like they haven't properly cleaned the whole apartment in a while, especially the tiny corner with the 3rd Bed was not well cleaned. The biggest Issue though was the towels, they did say they had some issues with their laundry service provider but some of the towels were dirty or even had some mold on them. even after asking for new towels 2 times, we always had at least at least 3-4 towels that were dirty or moldy (out of 6 towels one small and one big per person = 3 people in total staying in the room). Sadly they also only have a tiny garage with not many spots and also not for big cars, so you might need to park about 300m away at a public parking garage, the thing is that came out cheaper then the hotel parking garage would have been, as the public parking goes by hours not by day.

  Comfortable and all available nearby

  Liked: everything was nice of the hotel its nearby the city facilities nearby, and peaceful, the rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast eggs are delicious and nicely if combined with the bacon. hotel is also easy to access and has a nearby parking in case nearby is not possible takes max 3 mins to walk to it. trams also stops in front of the hotel. many supermarkets nearby also

  Disliked: for myself i would say the breakfast bacon is incredibly salty but the food was still good cause its very enjoyable
