Saw it, wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: What we liked was the staff since we arrived very late after midnight and tired and hungry with our kids and the receptionist gave us some bread and some ham and cheese and we are very grateful for this gesture. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Disliked: The rooms are not very clean! We had booked two rooms in different floors. There was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Also the floor was dirty and the toilet smelled. Moreover we never found the way to start the heating in the room.. we were lucky that it wasn’t a cold night.

  Excellent

Liked: Clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. There are a number of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Disliked: If you want to visit Düsseldorf Old Town, it's a 20-25 min walk, but local transport (U-Bahn) is available,
