  Calm location for a city break in Düsseldorf

  Liked: Spacious room, very clean, nice personnel, comfortable. Convenient parking spot (level -1).

  Disliked: The hotel is well located in terms of neighbourhood calmness, a bit far from the center.

  Terrible! Ants in the beds

  Liked: The location was good, easy to get to the city.

  Disliked: This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was very dirty. Things broken in the bathroom. The chair and couch in the room was filthy. Our room only got cleaned at 3pm and that was after complaining a couple of times. There was ants in the room. My daughter found ants in her bed both days we were there even though they said they would sort it out. She didn't to sleep in her bed and ended up sleeping in the armchair. I will never stay here again and definitely don't recommend it. Definitely false advertising of 4 stars more like 2 stars.

  Very good option

  Liked: Huuuge room, lots of storage space, clean, calm. Comfy bed Coffee/ tea station

  Disliked: No written WiFi password in the room. It’s written at the reception only. Cleaning lady with an attitude who was in my room about 3PM doing a job she wasn’t asked for (16h after check in…). So that I had to wait and accept her instead of doing my things

  Clean and beautiful hotel, but very disappointing management

  Liked: The hotel was clean, beautiful, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and professional, which we really appreciated.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel and simply wanted to take a shower. We let the water run, and after a few minutes, the fire alarm went off throughout the entire hotel. The receptionist came to our room while on a video call with the manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was very rude and said to me, “Man, this is not a sauna.”. He then told me that he would forward me the invoice so that I could pay for the incident myself. I found his attitude completely unacceptable, especially considering that we had just arrived after a long journey and were simply trying to use the bathroom. The way he spoke to us was disrespectful and unprofessional. It is a shame that such a nice property is let down by such poor customer service from the person in charge.
