  Very nice older building meticulously kept on lively tree lined avenue

  Liked: Great quiet neighborhood. Clean room and polite staff

  Disliked: We thought we had breakfast included and I realize now it was my mistake, but it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel

  A small and quiet hotel - decent stay but way overpriced

  Liked: Cleanliness of the room and all other spaces, quiet hotel, nice neighborhood. Breakfast had a good quality, although not a variety of options.

  Disliked: Hotel look and feel is very classic but can be really dark - literally speaking (poor lighting, very dark spaces), to the extent that it can feel inconvenient and less welcoming. Staff members were not rude, but were also not eager to help with anything beyond the bare minimum - for example during check out, we were not even asked if we needed any help with our luggage or with our transport arrangements. Due to a popular event that was happening in Dusseldorf we booked the room at a very high price, which was definitely not corresponding to the services provided.

  Liked: The place is clean and nicely designed. The service is ok. The place has a nice backyard where you could chill a little bit.

  Disliked: The stay was ok, but not really perfect. The pillows were not really comfortable. The breakfast serving was too long, and not all of the thing initially specified in the list, were brought to me. The things were coming with a great delay and when you start eating you already don't have coffee or such. The quality of the breakfast was also not really perfect keeping in mind a price.
