  Comfortable

  Liked: Clean hotel and we received a quiet room on a higher floor

  Disliked: The bathroom did not have a door (the toilet did but the bathroom did not) which is not great for a twin room

  WIFI is a big problem

  Liked: Location location. Very close to the city center. Spacious room, with confy bed. Big working desk, and free minibar service which is much appreciated.

  Disliked: I visited the town for a conference so WIFI for me was a must. Hotel was very expensive and WIFI was non existent, so i was shocked that 99% of the time WIFI was disconnected. When i raised the subject they told me i am sorry this is how the wifi works. If you charge so much money per night, i would expect wifi to be flawless. Another small issue was that during room service call, i was not able often (Stayed there 3 nights), to order, as no one was picking up the phone.

  Disliked: There seemed to be air conditioning in the room, but it was quite cold and I couldn’t change the temperature. It was a bit uncomfortable, especially because I wasn’t feeling very well. This was a significant downside for me, although it was easily solved by wrapping myself in two blankets. The bed was amazing, and I slept really well after the Backstreet Boys concert.

  Liked: The room was fantastic, huge, and very comfortable. The drinks fridge were included in price.

  Chill and comfortable

  Liked: The pillows were comfortable. Clean and no bad smell. Quiet and chill. mini bar. Reasonable price, easy transportation. safe and quite big room.

  Disliked: No any thing. Maybe could be it is better to provide breakfast coupon to the new visitors. A little bit far from the Hbf.
