  Excellent choice for a stay in Dusseldorf

  Liked: This is such a wonderful hotel — modern, beautifully designed, and in a quiet area that feels instantly relaxing. It’s our second stay here, and definitely not the last. The rooms are incredibly stylish and smartly laid out, with a clean, fresh feel that really stands out. It’s also very peaceful, and the view over the Rhein is just beautiful. Breakfast was good, and enjoying it from the 16th floor made it even better. We also appreciated having a parking spot in the hotel’s garage. Overall, a fantastic place that keeps impressing us every time.

  Liked: Great views, breakfast area, vibes

  Disliked: I suffered the longest queue I ever experienced in my life for checking in. Waited at a nearby Cafe to avoid standing there. Whencoming back after an hour the queue was still enormous. And all that after I had been chased away at 1400 because an early check-in was allegedly not possible. Apparently there was a concert nearby and the Hotel was fully booked. Ok, I get that, but being fully booked on a weekend does not come as a surprise to management. At least I would have stretched the check-in procedure along more time and not refuse early check-ins.
