Bad experience because didn’t received anything for what we paid off

Disliked: We booked a room with doble bed and they give us a room with 2 beds. They said they do not have more rooms with double bed. And the AC doesn’t worked and they didn’t let us know before the check in to can take another hotel. We figured out that the AC is not working when we arrived to the room. And when we asked for it they said that we can open the window, with 39 degrees outside and almost the same inside. We couldn’t sleep all night long because the high temperature from inside.
