Liked: The reception staff were wonderful. There was a nice selection of snacks to welcome us, and we especially enjoyed the warm croissants in the morning. The rooms are extremely small and feel like dorm rooms. If you tend to feel cooped up in small spaces, I’d skip this hotel. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off sometime between 11:30 p.m. and midnight. We rushed downstairs straight out of the shower, with our hair still wet, and found firefighters there. We stood there freezing without anyone telling us what was happening. Afterwards, we had hoped for a small gesture, perhaps a complimentary breakfast the next morning. We didn’t even get an explanation. It turned out the fire alarm system had malfunctioned. The way the hotel handled the whole situation is why I rated our stay much lower.

Very cute place with pleasant staff. Well worth the money!

Liked: The room was spacious enough and comfortable, and even came with a complimentary bottle of beer and water (nice touch!). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The shower stall was rather small. As a big guy, it was a bit of a squeeze. Also, (not really the hotel's fault) the parking garage is rather tight. If someone is traveling with a larger vehicle, it may be a good idea to arrange off-site parking.

Comfortable stay & ideal location for everything you would want to do

Liked: Good location near to Old Town. Room comfortable & breakfast very good.

Disliked: No view from bedroom window. Drinks at bar extortionate price.
