Ideal location and suitably sized to cater for larger parties as a base for Dusseldorf

Liked: Well located just a short walk from the station. 24 hour reception on-hand and willing to help. Free water and coffee pods daily for your room. Great powerful and hot shower, in suitably sized rooms - both clean and modern.

Disliked: Towels and duvets rather small. No irons in room, and in fact the ironing room is all the way back to reception, through the bar/restaurant and into a back room - would be much easier to have one per floor (or in rooms).

Disliked: If you are walking towards city centre, its about 20 to 30 mts walk.

Liked: We chose the hotel mostly for the location, being very close to the central station. The room was clean and quiet and we appreciated that. We had no problems with either checkg in in or checking out.

Disliked: I would have appreciated a pair of hotel slippers

  Comfortable and clean

Liked: We had a great stay here during a weekend trip to Düsseldorf with friends! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was super convenient. The beds were really comfortable and spacious, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. We also liked how quiet the rooms were. We barely heard any noise from other people in the hotel, which is quite rare! The sauna was a nice bonus too..

Disliked: The only downside was that the hotel and rooms were a bit warm, but the air conditioning helped. Not a big deal at all, especially during a cold autumn weekend. Overall, a really nice hotel that we would come back to if we were to visit Düsseldorf again
