Liked: The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. The room, bathroom, and sink were very clean, and the linens were hygienic. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and plenty of utensils. Even though the reception is unattended, the shift staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The digital key/code entry system is very practical and easy to use. Additionally, the heating works perfectly, and there is a garden area where smoking is allowed.

Disliked: The main downside is that daily trash collection is not provided, and the room floors are not cleaned every few days. The areas underneath the bed were left completely uncleaned and dusty. It would also be a great improvement if disposable slippers were provided for guests.

  Very dissapointed

Disliked: Despite paying for a room with breakfast we received no breakfast. I was unaware that during the online check in you had to specifically request it. On the first day I spent hours speaking to an assortment of staff at the call centre. Remember there is no one on site. Even though I tried to rectify the matter on day one of a three. They would not accept any changes.

Liked: Location was great, close to the train station and various restaurants and cafe's. Rooms were clean and well presented, good amount of towels and overall lovely feel.

Disliked: It took a little time to find the room, not well labeled for the downstairs rooms, went outside first before finding the internal rooms..
