  Fine for a short stay. No issues

  Liked: Clean and quick check-in. Not much to say, would come again if need be.

  Disliked: Location felt a tad sketch but was fine. The phone ‘app’ key system was a bit odd, but worked fine.

Good to know

No breakfast is offered at the hotel. However, it can be booked in advance and eaten at the Cloud Kitchen restaurant right on the ground floor.

Different booking conditions apply for bookings of 8 rooms or more. The hotel will contact you after booking.

Your check-in options:

- online check-in (payment via PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung/Pay Now)

- self-check-in terminal (payment via debit, EC or credit card)

If you do not wish to be disturbed until check-out time at 11 am, please hang the red 'Do Not Disturb' sign outside your door.

Düsseldorf charges a city tax of max. 3 euros per person and night, payable on check-in. The tax is applicable to business and leisure travelers. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt. The tax will be added to your invoice.

At McDreams, everything is geared around giving you the perfect night's sleep. We work together with local cafe´s in Düsseldorf it is the Café Cloud Kitchen. You are welcome to book and pay for the breakfast voucher directly during your check-in process or during your stay via your guest login under Extras.
