A decent stay with friendly staff, but the rooms could use some modernisation

Liked: The breakfast was okay and the location was not bad. The staff were friendly, welcoming and polite throughout the stay.

Disliked: The rooms could definitely benefit from some refurbishment, as they felt quite outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. Updating the furniture and overall decor would make a big difference.

  Suggested for short stay

  Liked: Location and staff

Disliked: To be a 4 stars hotel I would suggest to put a fridge in the room. Only one elevator for this hotel is not enough

Nice 1 night stay in Düsseldorf

Liked: Nice location, shawarma and non stop shop nearby

Disliked: It was to warm, they haven’t decorated the hotel entrance like other hotels in the city especially for the Backstreet Boys concert
