  Overall, it has given me positive energy

  Liked: I stayed in room 55; although it was small, it was a cheerful, clean room. I appreciated having a bottle of water every day of my stay, an espresso machine with capsules provided, and excellent housekeeping—including bed making and towel changes. The only downside was the lack of slippers, which made using the bathroom a bit inconvenient for me.

  Liked: Loved the vibe and location. Staff were helpful.

  Nice place to stay would come again in cooler weather, but would not stay here again when it’s warm

  Disliked: Specifically booked because they have air-conditioning and it did not work in our room we could never get it below 78° usually around 80

  Nice hotel, but better to book without breakfast

  Liked: The lobby and the room were very nicely decorated and appointed. Appreciated the bottle of water and the coffee machine in the room. Also, everything was very clean, so thank you to the housekeeping staff.

  Disliked: The breakfast was kind of dissappointing. The eggs were clearly a pre-made mix that had been cooked to death - they were really awful scrambled eggs. The pancakes weren't much better, and the cheese/cold meats on offer were Aldi quality. For a hotel of this level, you should do much better. Also, I guess Accor must have a contract with Nespresso, but the machine is a pain to use, and those cartridges cetainly aren't environmentally friendly.
