Liked: The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the metro station, making it very convenient to get around the city.

Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. First of all, there was a mix-up with the room allocation, and my room was given to a colleague. This is confirmed by the welcome card bearing my name that was found in the other room. The breakfast service was also disappointing. At 9:55 a.m., the breakfast area was already closed. I asked for juice, which had run out, but nothing was done to replace it. Furthermore, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to turn it off in order to get a good night's sleep. The only positive aspect was the hotel's location, right next to the metro station. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

210€/ per night - for room which smells bad from drain in our room -

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Not value for money - 210€/night. Small rooms - no amenities at all for 3 nights * 3 rooms - even if a flippers for carpeted floor! There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drains in our room, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room had exactly the same problem, and we had to request another room once again. Eventually, we were moved to a third room on a different floor. At 3:00 AM, we had to move all our luggage and belongings ourselves. Not a single member of staff offered to help us, and we did not even receive an apology. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic hospitality standards. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Completely disappointed considering other NH standards

Liked: Location was good as there was UBahn station just at the corner and Dusseldorf station was around 10-15 minutes walk. lots of good restaurants nearby

Disliked: i have been to other NH hotels in other places and this was the worst. definitely not up to NH standards. first our shower was stuck into extremely hot water only. they changed the room next day. this time we found a big insect in our room which we could tell was poisonous.
