A wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations!

Liked: Much Better Than the Pictures – A Wonderful Surprise! I initially booked this hotel because there was limited availability in the area, but it turned out to be an excellent choice! The location is fantastic, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options, delicious baked goods, and a lovely selection of teas with various accompaniments and toppings. Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. With better photography, I'm sure this hotel would attract even more guests. I would happily recommend it!

Disliked: The accommodation is so much better in reality than it looks in the pictures! I would strongly recommend that the hotel retakes its photos, including the exterior, interiors and dining area, as the current ones really don't do the property justice.

Good spot for a couple of nights in Duesseldorf

Liked: Good and quiet breakfast Spacious room Comfortable beds Close to quite some restaurants

Disliked: Check the parking in advance. There is a second one nearby at the same price, just slightly less convenient AC didnt seem to work (heating did). We ended up opening the windows so, problem solved

Liked: Super location, very good breakfast, pet friendly!

Disliked: Tiny parking, hardly survived during parking ))) if you have a big car, use another parking location, there are a lot of them. Rooms were small, we have experience with different NH hotels, these rooms were really small for 2 people and a Frenchie

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious, and the furniture looked brand new. We would have stayed longer if we hadn't been there for just one night. I would highly recommend this place, especially to those who value cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good

Liked: We stayed at the hotel for nine nights, and overall, our experience was very pleasant. I would like to highlight the hotel's excellent location, the comfortable and well-organized room, the comfortable bed, the good shower, and the reception staff, who were always eager to assist us with any request. The surrounding area offers several good restaurants and a supermarket, as well as convenient transportation links to anywhere in the city.

Disliked: On the downside: upon arrival, we requested daily room cleaning and tidying, and our request was approved. In practice, however, this only happened a few times during our stay; we mostly managed with just having our towels changed daily. The reception staff apologized profusely, explaining that there was an issue with the cleaning company. To their credit, the receptionist—on his own initiative—waived the charges for all the breakfasts we had eaten when we checked out, as a gesture of compensation.
