  Basic and not 4-star

  Liked: How close it was to where we needed to be.

  Disliked: The fact that it is advertised as 4-star is a bit far-fetched. In my opinion it’s not quite that. It has an outdated bathroom; it looks like it is from the 80s. No other tv station than German tv, which is completely fine no big deal my son was mostly on his phone or iPad as the Netflix option or any other streaming service wasn’t working/ available. Not happy about being charged €25 a day for parking. It is a bit much to ask in my opinion on top of the room price. The staff was kind and helpful.

  Disruptive Night

  Liked: Good breakfast - easy check in and check out

  Disliked: Asked for a double bed but got two singles. Room and carpet was outdated. Fire alarm went off in the night and we had to evacuate - no offer of compensation or refund.

  Liked: very standart few things.. instead of having this breakfast at hotel just a coffe somewhere much more nice.

  Disliked: After covid a lot of things changed at hotels and thye exagarete this more and more. There is no single drink even not as an offer. no single personal hygenic things at bathroom. nothing. they take 350 eur per night and there is nothing at room. ant its novotel....
