Good
Great place to stay in a popular area
Liked: The apartment is big enough for 4 people. It has a spacious bathroom and separate separate beds so it's easy to stay with friends. The kitchen has everything to cook a meal.
Disliked: There are no curtains in one of the rooms, so it gets really hot at night because the window shade blocks the airflow. This apartment is located in the main areas where are all the clubs and pubs, so at night the sound is very loud during weekends, can't sleep without earplugs. Frying pan was very old, it should be thrown out, the food cooked there smells like teflon.
A great place in the heart of Old Town that is well worth the value
Liked: The location in the city is amazing. Its right in the heart of old town. The back deck is a very nice place to sit and relax. You have to be really, really carful about making too much noise and disturbing the neighbors. This is a really beautiful apartment, and well furnished and taken care of. The kitchen is amazing! Note that all the beds are singles, which is ok. This would also be a great place for a larger family or group. This house was actually the home of the official baker for the king in 1800s. His name is Hinkel and you can still visit his bakery. Bäckerei Hinkel, on Mittelstr. 25.
Disliked: The front bedroom is very noisy from the street, but what else could you expect from a big urban city.
Liked: Location
Disliked: No air con
Conveniet location but can’t have a good rest at all
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Window and doors are not sound blocking at all, can hear crazy people in pubs clearly during night.
Disappointed
Liked: The location is very beautiful that's why we choose it in the first place and didn't disappoint.
Disliked: The pictures you see on Booking.com are not consistent with what you find there. The living room does not have a sofa that you can sit on during the day (at least that's the case in apartment 6), from the pictures displayed on the site you get the impression that all apartments have a terrace or balcony which is not true (it was my mistake that I did not look very carefully but that does not excuse the deception with the pictures presented). The kitchen and the utensils in the kitchen are dirty, the dishwasher is full of rust and dirty, the glasses were actually stuck to the cupboard, the water has no pressure in the bathtub and the washing machine makes such loud noises that you cannot sit in the apartment when it is turned on. Overall, just for the location of the apartment which is beautiful, it is not worth 620 euros for 3 nights.
I was not satisfied with this stay. Not a good place to stay for the family with small kids
Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: I probably got the worst room of this property. Most the pictures on the Booking.com look so nice and cozy. In the room I got, there is no couch or something that we could sit on comfortably, which it was really difficult for my kids. The showerhead is not working so well, so it is impossible to wash hair. The plates and the pot are not clean. One of the pleated blinds is broken. We asked the company to fix it, but they didn't come.
