Liked: I was in Dusseldorf for BSB's concert and the hotel allowed me to have an early check-in for free (usually you have to pay for check-in before 3 p.m.). Breakfast was really good (with yogurt, fruits, bread, cheese, salmon...). In the hall there was also a coffee machine and a water dispenser for the guests.

Disliked: In the room the shower (with a sink) and the toilet were separated.

Excellent Value, Great Location and Wonderful Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Palm Premium Hotel in Düsseldorf. The rooms were decent and offered excellent value for the price, and the beds were comfortable. What really stood out was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They genuinely made the experience even better. The location is another big advantage, right in the city centre with easy access to everything. There are also plenty of affordable paid parking options nearby, which is very convenient if you’re travelling by car. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here again!
