There are so many n=beeter places to stay

  Liked: Not much

Disliked: The hotel was clocked in scaffolding and tarpaulins which made finding it almost impossible. Checking in was a complete fiasco and took almost an hour for three people to check in because of the riddiculously over complicated 'self' check in system that now even the staff can operate. The room was tiny and the bathroom area was just a glass partitionioned cubicle. The enytrance to the shower was from the toilet area whoch meant when you exit the shower the door spreads water all over the toilt floor. The sink in in the bedroom and it fixed to the desk! You get one very small bath towel and one ver small hand towel and for every monet of my 2 day stay I was so glad that I declined the offer from the receptionist of a free beer as an alternative to haveing the room cleaned and clean towels being supplied.

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful. The bar was a really lovely place to relax and the staff were very attentive. Thank you for making our stay so amazing!

Disliked: Our stay wasn’t prefect, the room was made up for only one person, but as soon as we told the staff they quickly sorted it. I also accidentally smashed a glass in our room and they quickly came to clear up all the glass. So I can’t fault it really.
