False promises, features not present or out of order, no service – an overpriced disappointment

Liked: - Interior design was nice. - Clean - Air conditioning - Location central, but therefore noisy.

Disliked: - Advertised as apartment with kitchen and lots of features (even on the individual booking confirmation), which simply was not true. A basic hotel room, no kitchen, few of the amenities that were promised, and many of those were out of order. - Wifi didn't work. Safe was locked. Minibar fridge did not work. - Reception was indicated to be open 10-18h. Not true: We arrived 16:30 – reception closed. - Called phone number given regarding the problems. No one answers, but at least called back. Guy tells me that he's off for the day ("Feierabend"), at about 16:45. He told me, I should write instead "to my boss". - Wrote a message vial Booking's messaging tool, received an answer the next day at 16:00 – 23 hours after my message. In that, they didn't address the fridge issue and did not solve a single problem. Nothing was fixed during our entire stay. They did not take responsibility for the false list of features. - There was no housekeeping, despite the usual signage saying "towels on the floor to indicate they should be replaced". - It was very noisy outside, so we had to sleep with closed windows. - I highly doubt that the positive evaluations are genuine.

  Great stay

Liked: The room was large, a large comfortable bed, air con a bonus. The bathroom was excellent, great shower and lovely shampoo and soap. The nespresso coffee machine was great. Great location in the shopping and entertainment area.

Disliked: There was some noise late at night, but this is to be expected, as the location is very central which we liked. The steps up to second floor are narrow, but fine if you are careful.

  Quaint room and friendly staff

Liked: Very cute and comfortable room. Thoughtful accommodation with coffee, tea, snacks, robes.

Disliked: The area benches just outside the building is a hangout for the less fortunate. The area is nice otherwise. Convenient to restaurants and bars.

Fab place, will book again, 100%

Liked: It is so comfortable, had everything you need. Great space, really enjoyed my time here.

Disliked: The only thing I can be negative about is the fridge not being cold enough, only bacause it was so hot outside. I understand it's only a camping fridge. That is the only thing
