  Little gem in Düsseldorf

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is super convenient.

Disliked: It would be nice to have a choice to have dimmed light in the room, not just all bright or pitch dark.

Liked: The hotel room was really nice and spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a really good spread and very tasty food! The shower was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly come back!

Liked: I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable — spacious, wide, and luxurious. I also really appreciated the beautiful design of the room and the wonderful scent of the hotel’s toiletries and beauty products. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen and created a very pleasant atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my stay and, if I have the opportunity to visit Düsseldorf again, I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Disliked: The only minor issue for me was that the entrance doors to the rooms are quite heavy and tend to close loudly. In the morning, when other guests leave their rooms to go for breakfast, you can clearly hear when someone leaves their room. At least, this was the case for me, and it occasionally disturbed the quiet in the morning.
