The only thing salvageable is Pedro the manager

Liked: It is in a good location without a question

Disliked: Unfortunately this is not a 5 stars experience or hotel. There were just two people on the staff that were doing their jobs, the rest were dismissive. We were hung up when we called reception and treated as garbage for asking for basic help with luggage and accommodations being two disabled people. Even if the manager was super helpful and nice if the rest of the people working seem to not want to do their jobs the experience is going to be shit. They also have bug overpopulation. Last day despite having told us with days in advance that we needed help with luggage we had to carry it ourselves despite telling the staff repeatedly that we were disabled and carrying it was dangerous for our health. One morning we went outside to wait for our taxi and saw that the night staff had left all the cutlery on the tables that were on the street all night long. The 24hrs reception is a lie believe me, during the night there is no one around to help you. The people from the night shift are clearly getting away with not working.

If you want a place to actually sleep, this place isn’t for you

Liked: It was big. Had a decent kitchen. Also includes a washer/dryer combo machine. Most parts of the location were nice. Relatively near public transport, shops, restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

Disliked: - The curtains are not curtains. They are mesh drapes that don’t block light nor give real privacy. The outside “shutters” are the same. Just mesh. I’m light sensitive, so I got woken up super early every morning. Lots of hotels are getting worse at this, but this place was especially egregious. - Bad/possible mold smell coming from the shower drain - Blue bright lights coming from every single switch. - 3 useless thermostats with bright backlights that don’t turn off. - Pub outside that doesn’t respect ruhezeit regulations and is open until 4am so loud people hang out outside your window all night - No AC so in summer you have to choose between the noise or closing the windows and melting from the heat

Liked: Truly a top-shelf experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The staff were welcoming, the room was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. You’ve set a high bar—well done.

Liked: Very clean and a lot of space, great location

Disliked: No daily cleaning of the apartment, we stayed 5 nights and got one cleaning...there wasn't enough coffee and no room service.
