  Amazing location!

Liked: Location is superb, comfortable bed, amazing couch, everything was spotless clean, very spacious (thanks to an upgrade, super grateful so thanks again for that!), balcony was outstanding with the best view over the Rhine and Düsseldorf. Loved my stay - again:)

Disliked: The slamming of the doors is horrible. When my neighbors went in and out it was like the whole wall was shaking.

A soleless piece of concrete with a beautiful view of the Rhein river

  Liked: The view

Disliked: No reception, check in is complicated. We asked for iron, they promised to bring but they didn't. They don't have staff to ask, only WhatsApp and they reply very late with usually not helpful answers. The shower is extremely small and narrow. The lighting is very dim. The AC doesn't work properly and they don't answer at night to fix it,they answer the next day. They don't have proper security, somebody came inside the elevator and broke many beer bottles the floor was full with broken pieces of glass and sticky, it took them hours to clean it after we mentioned that since they don't have staff, because they want to save costs The bed was not comfortable and again no staff to ask for an extra pillow. The floor walls was of cement not painted, they say its art concept but it's ugly looking like a construction site.

Perfect but they have to fix the ac thing

Liked: Very fashionable and everything is unique even the body wash

Disliked: The AC does not work if the temperature outside is 21 and less!!! Where inside the apartment it was really hot I did not want to open the windows I have a baby and it’s not safe at all and the noise was too much but if we close the windows it’s perfect minimum noise
