Solid location, needs a deep cleaning
Liked: Great location. Wonderful view. Owner’s son checked us in; he was a very professional young man. Provided some complimentary beverages in the refrigerator.
Disliked: The apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived. Trash from previous guests was still in the wastebaskets. Dead bugs in the bathroom. Dust everywhere. Also, the owner made it seem like he was doing me a favor to check us in at 1500 but that was the posted time. My take - if you are not available to check folks in, then don’t list the property as being available. I did not ask him for any special considerations. Just expected to receive what I paid for. Can’t have it both ways
