Liked: Close to Dom. Could walk to the city centre and Altstadt. Trams run regularly

Disliked: Entry requires 2 hands and would time out quickly. Second TV in smaller bedroom lacks long enough power cord (apartment needs 3 but only 2 provided - choice between TV or bedside lights). Only 1 roll of toilet paper with no extra roll given/left. Internet/WLAN access extremely poor - to watch 10mins took on some evenings 20mins. TV regularly freezes. No condiments (salt, sugar, tea/coffee etc) available. Shower leaks. Missing finesse and final touches eg missing exhaust fan in shower. The kitchen sink is a bathroom sink so plates don't fit.

Lovely four days in Erfurt, Ferienwohnung

Liked: I liked the style and the high quality of the accommodation, all tastefully refurbished, and the location was superb. It was also reasonably prized. The wi-fi connection was good.

Disliked: I had real problems collecting the keys from a safe in another location, and I was given a wrong code to the safe by accident. Finally someone came and helped me to open the safe and I got the keys. Once I read the door code correctly, there were no problems after that.

Liked: Location was ideal. also the rooms were large and spacious. Facilities well appointed and very clean.

Disliked: the only fault is the system to collect the keys. The hotel that you collect keys from was 15 minutes walk away. also the doors had no number on them so we never knew which apartment was ours. Also one of the showers flooded as drain was blocked. i spoke to the cleaner about it as we left.

Great apartment in a lovely location

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location on the Domplatz was perfect for visiting our family. Also, it is very central for all the sights that this beautiful city has to offer. The hotel where you pick your keys up is quite a walk from the apartment (we had a lot of cases with us). However, the lady at the hotel was friendly and polite. On arrival, the apartment was clean, well equipped, and very warm (in a good way)! We would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again.

  Disliked: We liked everything.
