Good potential unused because of cleanliness issues

Liked: It's a very quiet location and very well placed within walking distance of the tram and supermarket. The ground floor outdoor sitting place is nice. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Harry, the owner was very responsive and friendly.

Disliked: The main problem is the cleanliness. All the towels smelled musty. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and the bed was reeking of stale sweat. Also the bed was uncomfortable. Best to replace the bed altogether.

  Home from home in Erfurt

Liked: Comfortable and homely - we loved the little kitchen and the verandah outside. The bed was comfortable and there was a little dining table and a sofa in the living room...we felt very much at home. The public transport and a supermarket are a short walk away. The host was very friendly ☺️. We can recommend this lovely apartment.

Disliked: It was a little difficult to get the shower head into a good position. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great location and very helpful host

Liked: It was 5 mins walk from a great supermarket (and bakery), had a good food takeaway next door. Very handy to where we were working. Host was very quick to respond to any queries. Had washing machine and drier, compact fully equipped kitchen, lots of extra towels and a balcony.

Disliked: Bed was very low for us and not the most comfortable. We found the shower difficult to get in and out of - that was personal mobility issue. 10am checkout!

An affordable apartment in a beautiful city

Liked: The location is quiet and near the old town. I like the design of apartment as the living abd dining is away from the bedroom and my spouse could sleep while I watched football. The balcony is nice
