  Liked: Location is great, good value for money, comfortable beds.

  Disliked: We have requested "early check in" several days before the trip, nothing was approved in the system. A couple of days before the trip we called the property and they said that we can check-in earlier and they approved it in the system. A day before I was checking "My Stay" system and noticed - nothing was approved. Once we arrived to the property, we didn't receive any code, so we couldn't enter our room however it was already charged.. We rang the bell, no one was opening the door for us, we called the phone number, there were only automatic answers, which kept saying that we will receive codes one hour later (despite we paid for early check-in). We couldn't understand why we paid for early check in, but got the code only for "normal time check in", considering we have spoken already a couple of days before with the staff. There was literally no one to help us. So in the end some random guests exited the property and opened a door for us, we found a cleaning lady who called the staff there. The staff lady had no idea why we didn't receive the codes and entered her personal code, so we can enter the room. In the end we spent half an hour just for trying to call the property and staff and wasted a lot of time with stress, considering we were with two small kids. Also automatic email responses are not helpful at all and often don't respond to the specific question, so you just give up to ask anything per email... I would recommend the owners to check that their system works properly, that the staff is available in case of any issues, otherwise it's very dissappointing experience.. On top of that we paid extra 15 euros for early check in.

  Liked: The location is excellent. The room is simple and clean. The rose garden was wonderful.

  Disliked: The app user experience should be improved. Too many unclear options. It was also impossible to book a free parking spot on the day of arrival through the app. Only one of the remote staffers could approve that. The instructions to lock the door were wrong.

  Disliked: TERRIBLE THERE SO HOT 🥵 DAY'S THERE WAS NO MINI FRIDGE I CAN KEEP MY COLD DRINKS OR ICE CREAM. I CAN'T REFRESH. AND KITCHEN I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE IS THAT KITCHEN NO EXPLAINED ANYTHING. BASICALLY I WAS BAKING WITHOUT COLD DRINKS. TERRIBLE
