  All in all a pleasant stay with a lovely host albeit with some room for small improvements

  Liked: The room was fine, bathroom too, plenty of hot water and the bed is comfy. The location is very good and from some rooms you can see part of the Erfurter Dom, which is a three minute walk from the Accommodation. The host was very friendly too. The older part of the main accommodation is quite charming and there is a cafe on the ground floor which looked to be very good but we didn't have the opportunity to test it. I believe this is also where breakfast is served. The nearest parking, 5 minute walk, is the one at the "Dom Plats" which is actually a good parking garage, where you'll pay around 18 euros for 24 hours.

  Disliked: Unfortunately neither the WiFi nor television worked. And during booking we had asked for a quiet room but ended up in a room next to a tram stop. The request for a quiet room made during the booking process came through only when we checked out. However, with the windows closed the tram stop is not a problem but we like to sleep with the windows open.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: Noisy and strange. We entered thru a storage space! The room was comfy enough but only one big towel. No staff to help us. They didn’t want to take our credit card, no coffee facilities, just strange.

  Very good

  Liked: Lovely cozy hotel in the centre of Erfurt. Wonderful staff who stayed on a little later than normal to check us in because our train was delayed.
