  Comfortable and convenient to the heart of Erfurt’s historic center; climbing the stairs was worth it!

  Liked: Convenient location, spacious.

  Disliked: Trudging up several flights of stairs (with luggage) to get to the apartment. Confusion about the address - its street number is 11 and that of the apartment is 1.

  Better is impossible!

  Liked: The location was more than perfect, right in front of the Erfurter Dom, from the windows you can see the main square. Great place! The distribution of the apartment was simply perfect and super comfortable.

  Disliked: I didn’t bother much about these aspects, but it can be loud at night since the tram stop is in front of the living- and bedroom. Also, it is a super bright and well illuminated apartment, in the morning can be too bright, since in the living room there are no blinds and in the bedroom the curtain is very light. I did not bother this, but might be helpful to know for other guests.

  Good location, Rubbish communication and NO WIFI

  Liked: We were traveling with 2 small children - i received the access code via text and was able to access the building. However there was no access to the room at that time (2pm) access is only from 4 pm. Location is amazing straight across from the main square and market. Brilliant

  Disliked: 4pm check in is a bit of a joke especially when it starts getting dark at 5 pm. There is no space to leave bags so you can go out and explore the town. There is no WIFI access to call the owner in or around the building so if you don't have a roaming service its impossible to ask any questions. Once i did finally speak the owner he said i needed to look at the digital welcome package... news flash if you don't have WIFI you cant access it. Then after all the stuff around i get up to the room and the WIFI doesn't work at all. As we were traveling with kids we had booked a family room with a double bed and beds for the kids. When we entered there were no beds for the kids i hunted around to see if there was a mattress or sofa dn and bedding but none available - So the kids slept on the couch. After a very abrupt email (once i found some other WIFI) i find out the next morning that the bedding and mattresses are under the sofa. Turns out you need to be the Hulk to access it. Terrible communication, rubbish WIFI and need to invest in some signage in the apartment so you can find all the hidden features you have paid for
