Very pleasant hotel. Easy walk in to old parts of the city

Liked: Old building in a quiet part of the city.

Disliked: Workout going up to the third floor!! But we knew there was no lift before arrival.

Staff very helpful with late check in

Liked: The staff were really helpful when we had to arrange a late check-in after midnight due to travel delays. They also helped with an introduction to the city.

Perfect for my needs for a short stay in Freiburg

Liked: Perfect location in quiet side street. A short walk from the station. A short walk into the old town. Small intimate hotel. Good spread for breakfast. Just what the website explanation led me to expect.

Disliked: I had a room at the very top of the stairs. Other rooms had balconies.

  Superb location, staff and accomodation

Liked: We had a fantastic stay here. Superb location - close to railway station and the old town, breakfast was amazing, everything super clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful especially with a mistake I had made with my original booking dates. They were very accomodating and delightful to talk to. Extremely professional and such a lovely charming building too. High recommend!

Disliked: Nothing....just wish I could have stayed longer!
