Exactly what we needed. Calm space to rest after day at a conference

Liked: Kind host, great communication, and got saved immediately after locking myself out of the appartment. Much gratitude.

  BEDBUGS! NOT REFUNDING FULL AMOUNT!

  Liked: DO NOT STAY! BEDBUGS!

Disliked: DO NOT STAY! BEDBUGS! Traveling as a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children. Shortly after laying down I had bedbugs crawling on me, we immediately left to find other accommodations to not risk infestation to ourselves. Owner is now charging us a cleaning fee of €50 and only refunding €60(our total payment was €319) claiming only two people couldn’t stay because after they had it checked only the sleeper couch had bedbugs. Mind you again, half the occupants were our children, we were not going to leave them there while we stay elsewhere. We also did not stay to search the rest of the apartment to see if bed bugs were in other places as it did not matter because bedbugs in any capacity is unacceptable and a risk to our health and welfare.

  Good location

  Liked: The location

Disliked: Not so much place in the closet since all the covers of beds were inside. There was only one closet and one commode in only one room. The other rooms had no closets to use.

The apartment lived up to our expectation, was clean and perfect for our group of five friends a couple days in Freiburg

Liked: The apartment was perfect for the five of us on holiday. It looked like the pictures and had enough space to make a proper meal in the kitchen. The host was very nice and the communication was quick and simple. He even came by to see how it was going.

Disliked: We could not manage the washing machine because it did not work
