  My home away from home

Liked: Exceptional — I felt at home.

Disliked: I did not like the morning coffee. The breakfast service was lovely but the hotel should update the coffee service with nicer and better tasting coffee.

Overall, an elegant and beautifully appointed hotel, offering a refined atmosphere and a delightful stay in Strasbourg

Liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience

Disliked: The only downside was the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we both woke up with back pain, which affected the quality of our sleep. Improving the mattress comfort would make the overall experience much better.

  Unexpectedly luxurious, wonderful and friendly

Liked: The in-house restaurant is divine. Fabulous food and great service. If it's not top rated in the Michelin guide, it should be.

Disliked: I didn't like that I had to leave.

Liked: The breakfast area is classy

Disliked: The A/C wasn’t cool enough, and the bathroom felt more like one in a regular home than what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.

  Iconic hotel great experience

Liked: The hotel itself is iconic. The rooms are large, comfortable and have good taste. One feels like a royal. The spa and gym are also clean and have everything you need.

Disliked: One could expect a bit more of the breakfast given its price. But it has most things a European breakfast offers.
