Fabulous location / As new studio / excellent sleep

Liked: Fabulous location and everything felt as new. Great sleep with really comfy bed and no noise, even when busy on the street. Particularly liked that each side had its own duvet. Loved the mirror lighting in the bathroom!!! Clipper tea was a nice touch and YP enjoyed the coffee machine. Great comms when the water went off (which was momentarily- think it was the tram work going on in the street). Check in straightforward once we figured out to use the “pen” to type in the safe code. We stayed 5 nights as YP was at language school, would be our preferred place again if we come back. Loved Freiburg!!

Disliked: Fridge ran v cold and partially froze some of the food and milk.

Overall, a very nice place great location when we visited. It was very quiet and staff was helpful

Liked: Location was wonderful apartment was nice access to a washer and dryer was a plus

Disliked: Pillows were a little soft and bed was good however for my liking a little firm. No need for a dishwasher. A microwave might have been preferred.

I would definitely stay here again!

Liked: The location was amazing, just minutes away from the train station and right there in the city center. The apartment itself was very well equipped for a baby/toddler. We were very surprised to find a crib with a proper mattress and a baby chair! Even when staying in hotels and requesting a crib for our son we have never had a proper crib with a decent mattress until now. They even included bedding for the crib which was practically new. The baby chair was a very nice touch as we use it a lot with our 17 month old. We were very comfortable and everything smelled clean. The apartment is new and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would have liked to have a small oven or microwave but cannot really complain as everything else was wonderful. Thank you for providing such amazing accommodation. I would highly recommend it for people travelling with babies/toddlers as this is much nicer and comfortable than staying in a hotel room.

  Great place to stay!!

Liked: A Wonderful Stay at Cosy Grey! We absolutely loved our stay at Cosy Grey! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great location close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was just as we hoped for, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Cosy Grey to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Disliked: Maybe replace the pillows.. it’s too skinny for us.

  Liked: Great location.

Disliked: The flat was exceptionally tiny. All the online pictures were of larger apartments so I was surprised at the tiny size of ours.
