  Liked: Nice location and good breakfast

  Disliked: The room service they did not clear my room they only change the towels and didn’t clean the bath room there is no tissue paper and no soap beside tap water there is no coffee cap

  Value for money

  Liked: Everything was great but some things were extraordinary: Very spacious and comfortable room. It was a long stay, so a spacious room was important to me Amazing staff - they were so helpful and friendly.

  Extremely disappointing. It was the most expensive hotel on our trip and also the worst by far

  Disliked: I pre-booked underground onsite parking which was confirmed in writing. When I arrived I was told no parking was available. Having pushed the receptionist and spoken to a second, I was eventually told to park at a different ground level site. The room did not contain any water or aspects like soap, shower gel etc provided despite paying top price for a superior double room. On arrival the room was exceptionally hot and there are no instructions to speed up the setting of the air-conditioning. We were on the top floor which had a sloping roof. The sofa was located directly under the lowest ceiling area and was unusable in that location. When we pulled this forward there was plenty of dust balls behind, Clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was mediocre! Simply not worth the money

  Liked: The hotel is very nice and we had a lovely and spacious room. The location is good, with easy access to the centre of Freiburg by foot. Good breakfast too.

  Excellent hotel, very well priced for the facilities and breakfast. Would stay again and highly recommend

  Liked: Modern, clean, comfortable, nice smell in room, welcoming staff on reception, excellent breakfast, efficient staff

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike! Parking not on site but secure parking very close by around €18 for 24 hours. N.B. the parking number plate recognition system did not recognise UK number plate so needed to call for assistance to be let out.

  Perfect hotel for a city break

  Liked: Perfect location being just 5 minutes walk into town. Car parking under the hotel was spacious as long as your car is under 2 metres. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and everywhere spotlessly clean.
