Liked: Tom met us and was very friendly, helpful and informative. The accommodation was perfect for us. Especially the terrace and the hot tub. Anybody thinking of going to Freiburg with friends should consider this place. The communal areas were great, the kitchen well equipped, a nice big table for eating, fresh bed linen and very well appointed bathrooms. All in all a very good accommodation that I would heartily reccomend.

Disliked: The shape and age of the building mean shutters cannot be added to all the windows on the top floor which meant you wake up when the sun rises. I would suggest guests consider eye masks (like the sort you see on planes) if you like to sleep long in high summer when it gets light early.

Loved the property, lovely place to chill out after travelling around Germany for a few weeks

Liked: The concierge, Tom, was very obliging, meeting us at the property for check in and also accepting our luggage early while we had a look around the town. He gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and the local attractions. We absolutely loved the rooftop spa, and the accommodation was in very easy walking distance to the main attractions of the town, including the historic cathedral and lovely old town area.
